RPM Specialist Cars have implemented the following procedures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19
1 Porsche Service Centre
- Appointment booking system in use to ensure visitor numbers are at a safe and manageable level.
- Social distancing measures are in place within our workplace and we ask all customers to refrain from entering our premises until invited.
- All visitors are required to sanitise their hands upon entry. Wash facilities and sanitising gel are provided.
- PPE is available for all staff, suppliers and clients who enter our premises
- We are operating a contactless key exchange where the keys to your vehicle are left in our designated safe drop off container for sanitisation upon arrival. Keys are pre sanitised prior to vehicle collection.
- Vehicle protective equipment is applied to all customer vehicles prior to work being carried out.
- All vehicles interiors and key touch point are sanitised prior to collection
- Contactless payment options and online transactions are utilised where possible.
2 RPM Car Sales
Our showroom is now open. Please make an appointment if you wish to view one of our cars to ensure we have the time to spend with you answering any questions you may have.
- Virtual walk round videos are available on request
- Virtual test drive videos are available on request
- Contactless payment options and online transactions are utilised wherever possible
- Provisions have been implemented for paperwork to be completed remotely
- Virtual car tour handover video supplied with all cars purchased.
- All vehicles are cleaned and sanitised prior to collection / delivery
- Contactless delivery service available on request (this may be chargeable depending on the delivery method and location)
- Click and collect service available on request for purchased vehicles – by appointment only

3 Internal Staff
- Hand washing to be a frequent activity during the working day
- A safe working distance is to be maintained whenever possible
- Face mask are provided for use when a safe distance cannot be maintained
- Gloves are provided and are to be worn wherever possible
- Vehicle protective equipment is to be applied to all vehicles before entering
- Please refrain from sharing personal hand tools wherever possible
- All customer cars are to be cleaned internally and sanitised on your completion of work before returning to a customer
