A WEDDING DAY SURPRISE
Some jobs are special. This one was genuinely magical, and we feel incredibly privileges to have played a small part in a very big story.
For years, Gareth had a vision. Not just any vision, but one that involved a wedding, a fairytale venue, a new family home, and room for something a little special.
Because what’s a fairytale without a secret twist?
In true Gareth fashion, it was cut fine. Very fine. With everything else in place, it was time to complete the vision and source the Porsche of his dreams. That’s where we became complicit in the plan, adding surprise, drama, and hopefully many years of enjoyment.
With the purchase agreed, Gareth dropped the final bombshell, a wedding deadline. A short one. Always up for a challenge, the car was passed straight to our service department, where it was meticulously inspected and prepared, ensuring every detail met our exacting standards.
The car chosen was a Porsche 991.1 Carrera GTS, finished in Jet Black Metallic with a Black leather and Alcantara interior. One of the last naturally aspirated GTS models, it perfectly reflected Gareth’s vision, understated, purposeful, and deeply connected to Porsche’s heritage.
With collection imminent, our detailing team took over to make sure the Porsche was truly wedding ready. They certainly delivered. Not a scratch or swirl in sight, and the paintwork gleaming.
The car was collected just days before the wedding, even bringing his wife-to-be along as chauffeur, because preparing for a wedding apparently isn’t stressful enough on its own.
Quietly taken home and carefully hidden, the car was finally revealed on the big day as a surprise wedding guest. Timing, commitment, and nerves of steel all round.
